Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Heat Recovery Systems are very similar to VRV / VRF Heat Pump Systems. They are built up with sleek, light-weight materials to create a complex system capable of controlling the climate of an entire building at any given time.
The main difference between a Heat Pump and Heat Recovery System is the Heat Recovery System recovers the heat waste found throughout a building and recirculates it to other rooms, minimising the waste of heat that has been paid for. Alongside their ability to efficiently recirculate heat, recovery systems are also able to provide heating and cooling simultaneously to rooms throughout a building which normal VRV / VRF Heat Pump Systems are unable to do.
