A Cassette is a highly efficient heat pump that discreetly sits within the ceiling. Often placed centrally in a room, the placement within the ceiling allows it to control a room’s climate evenly by distributing both cool and warm air through multiple vents blowing in all directions.
Just like High Wall Heat Pumps, Cassette pumps are connected to a outdoor unit that brings in air from outside to be cooled and heated before being pushed throughout a room.

One thing to be in mind of when considering a Cassette pump is the installation itself which requires a large amount of space within the ceiling. If your building does not have much space in the ceiling cavity then other pumps such as High Wall or Floor Console may be more suitable.
